Kate's Coaching Philosophy:
"Any athlete can improve their game and find success as long as they are dedicated enough to go beyond what they are presently doing and are willing to learn from their mistakes. They need to find a way to overcome their weaknesses, make them their strengths, and find ways to be a valuable teammate in all aspects of the game both on and off the field. The extra effort and sacrifice are a small price to pay for the joy of victory."
